Bath is about 55 minutes from Castle Cary, Bristol an hour and a quarter; Yeovil 15 minutes and Weymouth an hour and a half. For the full timetables see the links below.

There is a large car park but it gets quite full. If you would like to pay parking charges in advance contact APCOA. Important notice: the A371 main road bridge at Castle Cary station will be closed for rebuilding from 9 July until mid-November: if driving look out for diversion notices.
